What You'll Do
- Core Repairs: Multi-point health checks, MOT prep work, brakes, suspension, and steering component replacements.
- Skill Building: Routine vehicle servicing, precision maintenance, and light mechanical repairs across multi-brand fleets.
- Specialist Upskilling: Learn factory diagnostic suites, software resets, and high-voltage EV/Hybrid systems under mentor guidance.
What We Need
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of active, hands‑on experience inside a commercial garage, dealership, or fast-fit centre.
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 / City & Guilds in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
- Licence: Full UK Driving Licence.
