Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 basic per annum (dependent on experience) + performance incentives
- Hours: Monday to Friday only — STRICTLY NO WEEKENDS
- Perks: Standard statutory holiday allowance (28 days including bank holidays), company pension scheme, free secure on-site parking, provided uniform, and clean work bays
- Training & Development: Ongoing technical training provided to keep you up to speed with modern vehicle systems, diagnostic equipment, and emerging tech
- Workload: General servicing, health checks, safety inspections, brake and suspension work, diagnostic troubleshooting, MOT prep, and repair across a varied mix of make and model customer vehicles

Role Overview
Seeking a qualified Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join our workshop team in Sussex. You will handle routine maintenance, mechanical repairs, servicing, and fault diagnostic work on a diverse range of vehicles in a supportive, modern, and well-equipped environment.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or solid time-served workshop experience).
- Proven proficiency in routine vehicle servicing, fault diagnostics, and general mechanical repair.
- Valid DVSA MOT Smart Card is a strong advantage, but not essential.
- Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.

- Base: Sussex area (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Directly accessible via primary regional road networks across East/West Sussex, offering straightforward commutes.
- Public Transport: Excellent proximity to local railway stations and regional bus routes.
- Commutable From: Brighton, Worthing, Crawley, Horsham, Haywards Heath, Eastbourne, Lewes, and Burgess Hill.
