Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 per year + Group bonus scheme
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (No weekends!)

What you will be doing:
- Customer Service: Welcoming customers warmly face-to-face, answering telephone calls, and managing email inquiries.
- Booking & Scheduling: Efficiently managing the workshop diary for routine servicing, MOT tests, and complex repair work.
- Communication: Liaising smoothly between vehicle technicians and customers to clearly explain necessary repairs and recommendations.
- Administration: Creating detailed job cards, processing invoices, and accurately handling customer payments.
Commutable Locations:
This role is based in Redhill, making it an easy commute from Reigate, Nutfield, Horley, and Merstham.
