What is in it for you:
- Salary: Β£25,250 basic salary + an uncapped OTE of Β£46,350 earning potential.
- Hours: 08:30 β 18:00, working 5 days a week across a Monday β Saturday rota. NO SUNDAYS!

What you will be doing:
- Engaging with customers to deliver a fun, upbeat, and premium buying experience that perfectly matches our vibrant brand identity.
- Guiding potential buyers through the customer journey, from initial enquiry and test drives to vehicle handover, managing both new and approved used vehicle inquiries.
- Correctly identifying customer needs to match them with their perfect vehicle, alongside presenting tailored finance solutions and additional add-ons.
- Actively managing leads, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, and exceeding your monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Maintaining a proven track record of sales excellence within the automotive trade, backed by a driven, self-motivated, and customer-centric attitude.
Commutable Locations: This role is based in Redhill, making it an easy commute from Reigate, Crawley, Horley, East Grinstead, and surrounding Surrey/West Sussex areas.
