Responsibilities

  • Handle routine servicing, multi‑point vehicle health checks, and fluid maintenance across a variety of cars and vans.
  • Develop core mechanical skills on brakes, suspension, steering components, and clutches under expert guidance.
  • Use modern diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.
  • Prep customer vehicles to ensure they pass MOTs; maintain a clean, organized bay.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional workshop/garage experience.
  • Qualifications: Level 2 qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent); working toward or recently completed Level 3 is a plus.
  • Drive: Passion for fixing cars, maintain tidy workspace, eager to learn and take on an MOT licence.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
