What you will be doing:
- Parts Interpretation & Ordering: Accurately identify components using digital media and electronic parts catalogues to fulfill internal workshop and external customer requests promptly.
- Customer & Workshop Support: Interpret requirements, provide expert advice on additional parts or pricing, match orders against stock, and keep all parties fully informed of order progress.
- Sales & Business Growth: Identify customer needs to actively increase parts and workshop sales through incremental selling, marketing initiatives, and seasonal promotions.
- Stock Management: Accurately log stock movements within the inventory control system, store stock safely according to manufacturer guidelines, and maintain showroom and parts displays to the highest standard.
Requirements: Previous experience within the Motor Trade (Automotive Aftermarket or Main Dealership) is required, alongside strong literacy, numeracy, and professional communication skills.
Commutable Locations: This role is based in Redhill, Surrey, making it an easy commute from Reigate, Crawley, Horley, and Caterham.
