Key Duties
- Carry out scheduled servicing, preventative care, and major mechanical/electrical repairs.
- Troubleshoot intricate faults using advanced multi-brand diagnostic software.
- Perform Class 4 and Class 7 MOT inspections (if licensed).
- Document workshop write-ups clearly and update service advisors on job progress and parts needed.
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with a cooperative team of mechanics to keep jobs moving efficiently.
Who We Need
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or time-served equivalent).
- MOT Status: Class 4 & 7 MOT license is a strong advantage (though non-testers with strong diagnostic skills are encouraged to apply).
- Technical Ability: Solid diagnostic fault-finding capability and high standards of repair work.
- Licence: Full UK Driving Licence.
