What is in it for you:
- Salary: £29,000 – £30,000 basic salary + uncapped bonus (£40,000 OTE potential).
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 6:00 pm | Saturdays: 1 in 3 rota (8:30 am – 1:00 pm).

What you will be doing:
- Customer Journeys: Providing an outstanding, friendly experience from initial check-in through to final key handover.
- Communication & Bookings: Managing customer appointments, answering inbound calls, and keeping clients updated on their vehicle’s status.
- Workshop Liaison: Partnering with technicians and workshop management to maintain smooth workflow and ensure punctual vehicle collection times.
- Consultative Guidance: Explaining technical recommendations clearly to customers and suggesting relevant value-added services, parts, and maintenance options.
Requirements:
- Prior background as a Service Advisor or within a fast-paced automotive customer service setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, confidence using dealer software systems, and a proactive, organised approach.
Commutable Locations: This role is based in Portsmouth, offering an easy daily commute from Fareham, Havant, Waterlooville, Gosport, and Chichester.
