About Us
Established in 1971, our privately owned motor retail group has expanded across 12 dealerships in Dorset, Hampshire, Somerset, and Wiltshire. What is in it for you:
- Salary: £18,000 basic salary per annum with uncapped commission (£50,000 OTE). Includes a guaranteed salary package for your first 3 months while you get up to speed.
- Hours: 41.5 hours per week (5-day week with a fixed day off during the week). Monday to Friday 08:30 to 18:00 (1 hour unpaid break) and Saturday 08:30 to 17:00 (1 hour unpaid break). Bank Holidays on a rota basis.

What you will be doing:
- Manage and follow up all sales enquiries for new and used vehicles, finance packages, and associated products in a professional, timely manner.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver top tier service throughout the sales process to maximize customer retention and repeat business.
- Achieve set sales targets while working closely with the General Sales Manager to review performance and activity.
- Oversee vehicle preparation, ensuring all pre delivery inspections, repairs, and servicing are completed prior to customer handover.
Requirements:
- Previous motor trade sales experience, a proven track record in a target driven environment, strong CRM and computer skills, and a full UK driving licence.
Commutable Locations: This role is based in Poole, making it an easy commute from Bournemouth, Christchurch, Wimborne, and Wareham.
