Fleet Administrator – Busy Fleet Department (Havant)
Are you a highly organized administrator with top-notch communication skills and sharp attention to detail? An established vehicle leasing and fleet management specialist is seeking a Fleet Administrator to join their fast-paced team in Havant (PO9).

Our client is a well-regarded leader in vehicle leasing, contract hire, and fleet management, providing seamless transport solutions across the UK. Based at modern facilities in Havant, they offer a friendly, collaborative environment where your administrative skills directly keep clients mobile, compliant, and operating efficiently.
What is in it for you:
- Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum DOE
- Hours: Full-Time | Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (No weekends)

What you will be doing:
- Maintaining accurate vehicle, driver, and account records across computer systems.
- Contacting customers regarding upcoming MOTs and Servicing
- Booking fleet vehicles for routine maintenance, MOT testing, and repairs.
- Generating regular monthly operational and fleet management reports.
- Requirements: Strong organizational skills, valid UK driving licence, and essential knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook (1Link experience is a plus).

This role is based in Havant (PO9), making it an easy commute from Portsmouth, Waterlooville, Chichester, and Fareham.
