Known for delivering straightforward, reliable service to a loyal customer base, this workshop manages a wide range of makes and models. They are looking for a practical Vehicle Technician who enjoys hands-on mechanical work, values team collaboration, and wants a stable, well-managed environment.
What's Included in the Package?
- Salary Range: £35,000 – £45,000 basic per annum (DOE) + team performance incentive
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Saturdays on a rota basis)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Carry out core mechanical repairs, including cambelts, timing chains, clutch replacements, and engine/gearbox jobs
- Use multi-brand diagnostic tools to identify mechanical and electrical faults accurately
- Complete routine servicing, brake and suspension repairs, and safety health checks
- Write clear technical notes on job sheets and update service desk staff on job progress
- Keep working bays clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines
What We Need From You
- Experience: Time-served technician with solid competence in heavy repair work and fault-finding
- Qualifications: NVQ / IMI Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent time-served background)
- Mindset: Dependable, detail-oriented mechanic committed to high repair standards
- Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence
