• Salary Range: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum basic (DOE) + uncapped monthly efficiency bonus

Core Responsibilities

• Execute complex mechanical repairs, including engine overhauls, gearbox replacements, timing chains, and clutch assemblies
• Utilize brand-specific diagnostic interfaces to isolate complex electrical, mechanical, and CAN-bus network issues
• Perform routine servicing, warranty inspections, and thorough multi-point vehicle health checks (VHC) to manufacturer benchmarks
• Interface with service advisors to ensure precise job descriptions, parts requests, and clear customer updates
• Uphold immaculate bay standards, tool organization, and workshop safety protocols

Candidate Profile

• Technical Proficiency: Proven confidence handling deep mechanical overhauls alongside advanced electronic fault isolation
• Qualifications: Level 3 NVQ / IMI in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent time-served credential)
• Background: Franchise background preferred, though experienced independent technicians looking to step into a main dealer setting are welcomed
• Mindset: Quality-driven professional with high attention to detail and pride in first-time fixes
• Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence
