Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 basic per annum (DOE) + team efficiency bonus
- Hours: Monday to Friday schedule + Saturdays operated on a fair team rota basis

Role Overview
Seeking a dedicated MOT Tester / Service Mechanic to join our workshop team. You will be responsible for conducting compliant DVSA inspections on Class 4 and light commercial vehicles, logging test findings accurately, and performing pre-MOT repairs and routine servicing across a varied customer vehicle mix.
Requirements
- Valid DVSA Smart Card / Active MOT Tester Licence (Mandatory).
- NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent time-served garage background).
- Methodical inspector committed to accurate vehicle safety standards and right-first-time quality.
- Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.

- Base: Peterborough Area (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Central position with direct access via the A1(M), A15, and A47, offering rapid commutes across Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire.
- Public Transport: Excellent links via Peterborough mainline station and regional bus services.
