- Salary: £44,880 base salary (£56,000 OTE)
- Hours: 45 hours per week (Monday–Friday: 08:00–18:00 with a one-hour unpaid lunch break)

What you will be doing:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor Parts Sales Executives, Apprentices, and Drivers across both the Gatwick and Redhill sites.
- Take full accountability for departmental P&L, managing budgets, controlling stock, and maximizing trade and retail profitability.
- Oversee inventory levels across both locations to ensure high first-time availability while minimizing obsolete stock.
- Maintain brand compliance, ensure robust cash-handling procedures, and drive local business growth through trade accounts.
Requirements:
- Strong parts experience and proven management/leadership background (Aftersales/Parts environment preferred).
- Full UK Driving Licence with the ability and willingness to travel regularly between the two sites.
- Strong commercial acumen, P&L management skills, and dedicated customer focus.
Commutable Locations:
This role is based across Crawley and Redhill, making it an easy commute from Horley, Reigate, East Grinstead, and Horsham.
