The Role
You’ll be joining a busy, growing workshop with a 5‑week forward booking schedule, working on a wide range of premium and performance vehicles. This is a hands‑on, varied position where quality matters. Your day‑to‑day will include:
- Servicing, maintenance, and MOT work
- Diagnostics and fault finding using modern systems
- Mechanical and electrical repairs
- Working on premium and performance vehicles
- Maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship
- Supporting a close‑knit workshop team
- Occasional customer communication around repairs and faults
About You
We’re looking for a confident, capable Technician who can get stuck in from day one.
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Strong diagnostic and fault‑finding ability
- Experience in a busy workshop environment
- High attention to detail and pride in your work
- Positive, reliable, and proactive attitude
- Full UK driving licence
- Mercedes experience is beneficial (shared diagnostic platform)
