Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £45,000 basic per annum (£51,000+ realistic OTE) + Monthly Team Bonus (£100–£500 extra/mo) + Guaranteed 3-Month Salary Review!
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (includes a full 1-hour lunch break) — STRICTLY NO WEEKENDS

Role Overview
Seeking a talented Vehicle Technician or Master Mechanic who thrives on tackling big mechanical jobs, major repair projects, engine overhauls, and complex diagnostic troubleshooting in a clean, fully equipped specialist workshop.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or solid time-served equivalent).
- Strong expertise in engine overhauls, major mechanical repairs, and advanced fault diagnostics.
- Team player mentality with a real passion for high-level craftsmanship and modern workshop standards.
- Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.
Location & Commute
- Base: Oxted area (Free secure on-site parking / 1-min walk from local transport links)
- Road Links: Strategic position with easy road links across the Surrey and Kent borders via the A25 and M25 corridor.
- Commutable From: Oxted, Caterham, Redhill, East Grinstead, Sevenoaks, Westerham, Godstone, and Croydon.
