The Rewards

Your Role
As a vital Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic in our high-tech Oxford bays, you will:
- Tackle all aspects of high-spec luxury vehicle repairs, advanced vehicle servicing, and chassis maintenance.
- Use cutting-edge manufacturer diagnostic tools and software to systematically investigate, track down, and rectify complex faults.
- Operate comfortably within set processes and given manufacturer timescales to maintain a smooth workshop flow.
- Maintain exceptional, safety-first mechanical repairs to deliver an elite customer experience alongside a skilled technical team.
What You Need
- Qualifications: Minimum industry-recognized NVQ Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) is required. F-Gas certification is preferred (or an interest in obtaining it).
- Experience: Previous hands-on experience working within a franchised dealership environment is required.
- Licensing: A full UK driving licence is essential. An active MOT Tester licence is preferred but not essential.
- Equipment: Must possess your own hand tools to manage daily repair and diagnostic tasks effectively.
- Key Strengths: Strong technical expertise, solid organizational skills, a dedicated work ethic, and a positive team-player attitude.
