Your Role

As a core Vehicle Technician in our Oxford team, you will:

  • Mechanical & Electrical Repair: Tackle all aspects of high‑spec luxury vehicle repairs, advanced mechanical servicing, and chassis maintenance.
  • Diagnostics: Use cutting‑edge manufacturer diagnostic tools to efficiently track down, investigate, and rectify complex faults.
  • Efficiency: Work comfortably within set processes and given timescales to maintain a smooth workshop flow.
  • Technical Quality: Maintain exceptional, safety‑first repair standards to deliver an elite customer experience.
  • Teamwork: Operate collaboratively within a fast‑paced, highly motivated, and organised workshop team.

What You Need

  • Qualifications: An industry‑recognised NVQ Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) is a minimum requirement for this role.
  • Experience: Previous experience working within a franchised dealership environment is required.
  • Key Strengths: Technical expertise, strong organisational skills, a dedicated work ethic, and a positive team‑player attitude.
  • Licensing: A full, valid UK driving licence.
