What You’ll Be Doing
As a vital member of our main dealer workshop team in Oxford, you will:
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and complex repair work to strict brand and manufacturer standards.
- Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using the latest dealership diagnostic technology.
- Perform thorough road tests and final quality checks to ensure top-tier reliability.
- Maintain high workshop productivity while delivering premium, meticulous workmanship.
- Participate in ongoing manufacturer-supported training to master new EV and hybrid systems.
What We Need
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (preferred).
Experience: Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, Car Mechanic, or Workshop Mechanic within a franchised dealership or established independent specialist environment.
License: A full UK driving licence is required.
Bonus Skills: An active MOT testing qualification is an advantage, but not essential.
Mindset: A strong focus on high-quality workmanship and the ability to work efficiently within a highly skilled team.
