Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £34,000 basic per annum + Realistic OTE of £40,000 (Bonus structure)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM + 1 in 4 Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Service Advisor / Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic front-of-house workshop team. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responsible for greeting visitors, booking in vehicle servicing and repairs, providing technical explanations of parts and work needed, and ensuring an exceptional customer journey from drop-off to collection.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, or Customer Service Executive within the automotive industry.
- A solid foundational understanding of technical parts and vehicle maintenance mechanics to accurately advise customers.
- Experience with OneLink is preferred, though not essential (full training provided).
- Exceptional communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Full UK driving licence.
