Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 basic per annum + performance bonus (realistic £36,000 OTE)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (1 in 3 Saturday mornings on rota)

Role Overview Seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor / Service Receptionist to join our front-of-house service department. You will be the primary point of contact for retail and commercial vehicle customers, guiding them through their service, MOT, or repair journey while ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and achieving department revenue targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Receptionist, or Customer Service Executive within an automotive main dealer or independent garage.
- Strong communication skills with a proven track record of upselling and customer retention.
- Proficiency with dealer management systems (DMS e.g., Kerridge, Key2, or Pinewood Drive) is advantageous.
- Full UK driving licence.

- Base: Oxford (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Strategic position directly served by the A4142 Eastern By-Pass Road, A40, and A34, offering fast commutes across Oxfordshire.
- Public Transport: Excellent connections via Oxford Railway Station alongside regular local bus services running directly past the site.
- Commutable From: Abingdon, Witney, Kidlington, Bicester, Didcot, and Thame.
