Your Day-to-Day

Working in our high-tech Oxford bays, you will:

  • Tackle all aspects of high-spec luxury vehicle repairs, advanced vehicle servicing, and chassis maintenance.
  • Use cutting-edge manufacturer diagnostic tools and software to systematically investigate, track down, and rectify complex faults.
  • Operate comfortably within set processes and given manufacturer timescales to maintain a smooth workshop flow.
  • Maintain exceptional, safety-first mechanical repairs to deliver an elite customer experience.

What You Bring to the Table

  • The Credentials: Minimum industry-recognized NVQ Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) is required.
  • The Experience: Previous hands-on experience working within a franchised dealership environment is required.
  • The Mindset: Strong technical expertise, solid organizational skills, a dedicated work ethic, and a positive team-player attitude.
  • The Basics: A full, valid UK driving licence is essential.
