The Package
- Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 per year basic (Depending on experience) + Performance-Related Productive Bonus
- Hours: Monday to Friday (with Saturdays on a rota basis)

What You’ll Be Doing
In this hands‑on workshop role, you will work across an exceptionally popular, diverse lineup of retail stock and customer cars, ensuring every vehicle is prepared to the highest standard. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough vehicle safety checks, pre‑delivery inspections (PDI), and routine manufacturer‑scheduled maintenance.
- Performing precise mechanical tasks including advanced brake work, suspension repairs, and air conditioning recharges.
- Diagnosing vehicle faults efficiently using cutting‑edge independent and brand‑specific diagnostic equipment.
- Upholding stringent quality control standards to maximize first‑time fixes and guarantee total customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining precise records of work completed and collaborating effectively with the tight‑knit team to manage vehicle turnaround times.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of proven workshop experience in vehicle maintenance, prep work, and repair is required.
- Solid experience in routine vehicle servicing, multi‑point inspections, and fault finding.
- A proactive team player with a strong work ethic, excellent time‑management skills, and a commitment to high workmanship standards.
- The adaptability to work efficiently across various vehicle makes, models, and modern drivetrains.
- A valid UK driving licence.
