The Payload (Pay & Perks)
- Basic Salary: £30,000 – £34,000 (Depending on experience).
- Bonus: £4,000 annual performance bonus.
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
- Saturdays: Only 1 in 4 and it’s a short shift (half day).
- Overtime: Saturday shifts are paid as overtime, putting extra money in your pocket.
