- Salary Range: £35,000 – £45,000 basic per annum (DOE) + uncapped productivity bonus
- Working Schedule: Monday to Friday schedule + Saturdays on a fair rotating rota

Core Responsibilities
- Carry out complex mechanical teardowns and rebuilds, including timing belts/chains, gearboxes, clutch assemblies, and engine repairs
- Harness brand-specific diagnostic platforms to systematically trace and resolve mechanical, electronic, and software faults
- Conduct routine servicing, safety evaluations, and thorough vehicle health checks (VHC) to strict manufacturer standards
- Document accurate technical findings on digital job cards and update service advisors on job timelines
- Maintain strict workshop health and safety standards, tool care, and bay cleanliness
Candidate Profile
- Technical Ability: Proven background in heavy mechanical repairs alongside systematic fault-finding processes
- Qualifications: Level 3 NVQ / IMI in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent time-served credential)
- MOT Status: Active MOT Tester accreditation is desirable for enhanced starting pay, but is not essential to apply
- Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence
