Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-standard routine servicing, preventative maintenance, and detailed Vehicle Health Checks (VHC) on sports cars, luxury marques, and performance models.
- Execute complex mechanical overhauls, including timing chains, engine builds, transmission work, upgraded suspension setups, and performance braking systems.
- Carry out advanced electrical diagnostics and complex fault-finding using official dealer-level software and diagnostic tools.
- Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) and pre-MOT safety checks to rigorous specialist standards.
- Maintain detailed electronic job records and enforce strict "right-first-time" quality control.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (Essential).
- Technical Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience working as a Vehicle Technician, Auto Mechanic, or Master Technician with prestige/German marques (VAG, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche).
- Technical Ability: Expert diagnostic skills, deep mechanical knowledge, and complete tool confidence on modern, complex vehicle systems.
- Mindset: Quality-focused craftsman with obsessive attention to detail and a true passion for premium cars.
- Licence: Full UK Driving Licence (Required).
