- Base Salary: £36,000 per annum basic (DOE)

Core Responsibilities
- Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and vehicle health checks (VHC) to rigorous manufacturer standards
- Conduct diagnostic fault isolation and mechanical repairs across high-performance engines, drivetrains, and electronic systems
- Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and safety checks on high-spec retail stock and customer sports cars
- Maintain clear electronic job records and communicate effectively with service advisors and workshop managers
- Collaborate closely with a supportive, high-performing workshop crew that values positive team culture and camaraderie
Candidate Profile
- Technical Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on experience working as a dealership or specialist technician with VAG (Audi, VW, SEAT, Škoda) or prestige/performance brands
- Character & Team Fit: A positive, reliable team player with high integrity, great communication, and pride in clean craftsmanship
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent qualification)
- Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence
