- Salary Range: £35,000 – £45,000 basic per annum (DOE) + productivity bonus

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Tackle deep mechanical jobs, including cambelts, timing chains, clutch replacements, and engine/gearbox rebuilds
- Use modern multi-brand diagnostic scanners to troubleshoot tricky electrical and mechanical faults
- Perform routine maintenance, oil services, and pre-MOT health checks across all makes and models
- Keep accurate notes on job cards and report any additional work required to the service desk
- Keep your working area tidy and work safely alongside your workshop colleagues
What We Need From You
- Experience: Time-served mechanic with strong confidence in heavy mechanical repairs and fault isolation
- Qualifications: Level 3 NVQ / IMI in Light Vehicle Repair (or solid time-served garage experience)
- Mindset: A practical problem-solver who takes pride in neat, dependable workmanship
- Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence
