The Package

  • Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per year
  • Holiday: 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Pension: Company pension scheme
  • Training: Ongoing professional training pathways (happy to support with qualifications including MOT licence, Electric & Hybrid, and Air Con)
  • Parking: Free on-site parking
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Saturdays worked on a rota basis)

What You’ll Be Doing

In this hands-on workshop role, you will work across an exceptional lineup of classic, prestige, and high-performance supercars, ensuring every job is executed to precision standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting routine servicing, scheduled maintenance, and high-quality mechanical repairs.
  • Diagnosing complex vehicle faults efficiently using advanced, official manufacturer diagnostic software alongside classic troubleshooting methods.
  • Undertaking advanced mechanical tasks, from detailed classic car upkeep and restoration work to assisting with supercar performance upgrades, braking systems, and powertrain repairs.
  • Maintaining precise records of work completed and communicating effectively with the service desk.
  • Collaborating with a friendly, professional, and close-knit workshop crew.

What We Are Looking For

  • No formal qualifications required —we value proven workshop experience, confidence on the tools, and strong mechanical know-how above anything else.
  • Solid experience in vehicle servicing, general mechanical repairs, and troubleshooting (experience with classic cars, supercars, or high-end performance brands is a major plus but not essential).
  • A proactive team player with a dedication to high workmanship standards and close attention to detail.
  • The adaptability to work efficiently across various vehicle models, generations, and complex mechanical systems.
