What You Will Be Doing
- Customer Excellence: Welcoming service customers and their vehicles in a friendly, professional manner, establishing immediate rapport, and accurately confirming their requirements.
- Relationship Management: Taking full responsibility for the customer journey and relationship while their vehicle is in the workshop, ensuring they receive regular, transparent updates.
- Service Advising & Sales: Utilizing your natural communication and sales skills to confidently recommend other products, extended warranties, and service plans that genuinely benefit the customer.
- Department Standards: Maintaining an organised, self‑motivated and thorough approach to ensure influential and kind service standards are delivered every day.
Requirements
A passion for delivering great customer service and a buzz for building lasting relationships. You must be methodical, highly organised, and have a customer‑first mindset. Previous motor trade or service advising experience is highly preferred.
Commutable Locations
This role is based in Ebbsfleet (Dartford) and is convenient to commuters from Gravesend, Greenhithe, Swanley and Rochester.
