Who We Are

Located in the heart of Berkshire, we reject high-pressure franchise dealer politics in favor of a stable, friendly, and collaborative team. Because we specialize in premium AWD, 4x4, and utility vehicles, our modern Newbury facility is heavily invested in specialized tools, advanced diagnostic systems, and a workflow that prioritizes engineering quality over high-volume rush.

Working as an AWD specialist in our Newbury facility, you will:

  • Carry out premium vehicle servicing, scheduled maintenance, and complex mechanical repairs on specialized off-road and utility vehicles.
  • Use specialist diagnostic equipment and multi-brand software to systematically trace, troubleshoot, and resolve intricate mechanical and electrical faults.
  • Conduct comprehensive safety inspections, steering/suspension setups, and drivetrain overhauls.
  • Complete jobs to a high 'first-time fix' standard and maintain an organized, clean bay.

What You Bring to the Table

  • The Credentials: Formal automotive training or certifications (NVQ Level 2, Level 3, or equivalent time-served background).
