About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join our expanding team. With a 5-week waiting list, we need someone confident, accurate, and capable of maintaining the high standards our customers expect. You’ll work on a variety of premium and performance vehicles in a friendly, well-organised workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine vehicle servicing and MOTs
  • Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting using modern systems
  • Carry out repairs and maintenance on premium and performance vehicles
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency
  • Support a small, close-knit team during a period of strong growth

About You:

  • Experienced Vehicle Technician / Mechanic (NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent)
  • Able to hit the ground running in a busy environment
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
  • High attention to detail, pride in workmanship, and a positive, proactive attitude
  • Mercedes experience a plus (same diagnostic platform used)
  • Full UK driving licence required
