Operating from our busy Manchester workshop, we look after everything from everyday family cars, vans, and state‑of‑the‑art EVs to classic cars, modified vehicles, and high‑performance motors. The Package
- Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 per year
- Holiday: 20 days holiday plus bank holidays

What You’ll Be Doing
In this hands‑on workshop role, you will work across an incredibly diverse mix of vehicles, building your skills alongside our experienced team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting routine servicing, scheduled maintenance, and fundamental mechanical repairs.
- Learning to diagnose vehicle faults efficiently using dealer‑level diagnostic systems.
- Assisting with a wide range of vehicle needs, from standard fleet servicing to specialized air conditioning systems and EV/hybrid setups.
- Maintaining precise records of work completed and communicating effectively with the service desk.
- Collaborating with a friendly, professional, and close‑knit workshop team.
What We Are Looking For
No formal qualifications required—we value proven workshop experience, confidence on the tools, and a strong work ethic above anything else. A minimum of 1 year of hands‑on workshop experience in vehicle servicing and basic repairs. A proactive team player with a strong desire to learn and a dedication to high workmanship standards. The adaptability to work across various vehicle makes, models, and systems.
