What You’ll Be Doing

• Performing thorough routine servicing, scheduled maintenance, and vehicle health checks on VAG group vehicles.
• Carrying out core mechanical work, including timing chains/belts, brakes, suspension, and diagnostic troubleshooting.
• Working collaboratively in pairs on larger repair tasks (such as clutches) to maintain smooth, efficient workshop output.
• Utilizing modern diagnostic tools to isolate and fix mechanical and electrical faults accurately.
• Maintaining a clean, safe bay and delivering a "right-first-time" standard of workmanship.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Skilled Technician / Mechanic Experience: Strong hands‑on background in diagnostic fault‑finding, timing chains/belts, and general servicing.
• VAG Experience is a Plus, Not a Must: Direct Volkswagen/Audi experience is beneficial, but any competent, skilled technician willing to learn the specialist product line is welcome!
• Quality‑First Mindset: Seeking proper mechanics who take pride in meticulous repairs, not quick‑fit component swappers.
• Valid full UK driving licence.
