What We Offer (The Perks)
- Up to £45,000 basic salary (calculated at an excellent hourly rate of up to £18.50+ depending on experience).
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Enjoy your weekends fully as standard).
- Saturday work is completely optional (8:30 AM – 12:30 PM) for those who want to pick up extra hours and boost their take-home pay.

What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out high-standard servicing, mechanical maintenance, and safety inspections on specialist vehicles.
- Diagnosing intricate electrical and mechanical faults on both complex modern supercars and iconic £100k+ classic platforms.
- Learning the specialist ins and outs of vintage engineering and high-end automotive systems through long-term, hands-on mentorship.
- Ensuring all work matches the pristine quality and high standards our clientele expects.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Level 3 qualified is preferred, but time-served, highly skilled technicians with a meticulous eye for detail are highly encouraged to apply!
- Experience: Proven hands-on experience in a workshop environment with a solid understanding of vehicle mechanics. You don't need classic experience on day one—just a patient mindset and a hunger to learn a rare trade.
- Location: You must be local to the Maidstone or Kent area for an easy daily commute.
- Traits: A reliable team player who treats every vehicle with absolute care and respect. Must hold a full UK driving licence.
