What You’ll Be Doing
- Performing routine servicing, maintenance, and multi-point safety inspections to strict manufacturer guidelines.
- Utilizing dealer-level diagnostic equipment to identify, trace, and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and drivability issues.
- Executing core mechanical overhauls including timing chains, clutches, gearboxes, suspension upgrades, and braking systems.
- Hitting structured monthly productivity targets to unlock the maximum £10,000 yearly bonus pool.
- Keeping clear, accurate diagnostic logs and maintaining immaculate clean-bay standards.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent portfolio of time-served experience).
- Strong hands-on experience working on German vehicles (BMW, Mini, Audi, VW, SEAT, Škoda, Mercedes-Benz, or Porsche).
- Confident with logical diagnostic fault-finding and complex mechanical repairs.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence.
