What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnostics & Repairs: Using modern diagnostic equipment to fault-find and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues on a diverse fleet of passenger cars and commercial vehicles.
- EV & Hybrid Maintenance: Working on modern alternative-fuel vehicles, performing routine diagnostics, safety checks, and repairs on advanced Electric & Hybrid systems.
- Core Servicing: Carrying out routine servicing, vehicle health checks, maintenance, and safety inspections to exceptional standards.
- Quality Control: Completing repairs right the first time while maintaining a clean, safe, and pristine workshop environment.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent time-served qualification).
- Confident experience working on cars or LCVs (background in both is desirable, but technicians keen to learn both are encouraged to apply).
- Open to gaining an MOT licence or leveling up EV/Hybrid credentials through our fully funded academy.
- A full UK driving licence.
