What is in it for you
Salary: £30,000 basic salary + OTE up to £36,000 (Lucrative Bonus Scheme)
Hours: 8:00am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday (with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break); Saturdays 8:30am – 12:30pm on a 1 in 3 rota basis

What you will be doing
- Customer Care & Reception: Warmly receive customers and their vehicles in a friendly, professional manner, taking full ownership of their experience from drop-off to handover.
- Consultative Upselling: Discuss customer requirements thoroughly and use consultative sales skills to recommend relevant additional products, maintenance, and service packages.
- Service Administration: Maintain accurate central database records, create detailed job cards, and manage courtesy car allocations efficiently.
- Proactive Communication: Keep customers continuously updated on vehicle progress, estimates, and repair work, handling any queries or complaints with a kind and thorough approach.
Commutable Locations
This role is based in Maidstone, making it an easy commute from Chatham, Rochester, Tonbridge, and Ashford.
