What is in it for you:
- Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 Basic + OTE up to £38,000
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:30 (with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break). Saturdays 08:00 – 13:00 on a 1-in-3 rota basis (Note: currently closed on Saturdays until further notice).

What you will be doing:
- Receiving customers and their vehicles in a friendly, professional manner, accurately discussing and confirming their service or repair requirements.
- Taking full ownership of the customer relationship throughout the entire lifecycle of their vehicle being in for maintenance or repair.
- Utilizing your strong organisational and methodical skills to manage bookings, workflow, and effective communication between clients and the workshop.
- Leveraging your sales skills to upsell complementary products, parts, and additional services that enhance customer safety and satisfaction.
Commutable Locations:
This role is based in Maidstone, making it an easy commute from Rochester, Chatham, Tonbridge, and Aylesford.
