Salary: £20,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission / Competitive OTE Structure
Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:30 | Saturdays: 08:30 – 17:00 (with a weekday off in lieu) | Sundays: 10:00 – 16:00 (on a scheduled rota)

What you will be doing:
- Build rapport with prospective and returning clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable new and used vehicle solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle while ensuring an outstanding customer journey and consistently exceeding unit, finance, and add-on targets.
- Stay fully up-to-date on brand updates, vehicle specifications, technology, and finance options.
- Requirements: Preferably 3+ years of success in automotive sales, persuasive communication skills, and a valid, full UK driving licence.
Commutable Locations:
This role is based in Maidstone, making it an easy commute from Chatham, Rochester, Aylesford, Tonbridge, and Ashford.
