About Us

We are an established, top-tier automotive group based in Maidstone, known for exceptional customer service, clean modern facilities, and a supportive team culture. Our busy parts department handles both internal workshop orders and an extensive trade parts customer base across the region. Choosing to join our team means working alongside experienced professionals with access to official manufacturer training and clear pathways for long-term career growth.

What is in it for you:

  • Salary: Β£31,000 basic salary + OTE up to Β£36,000
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 18:00, with 1 in 3 Saturdays (08:00 – 12:30)

What you will be doing:

  • Handling trade parts enquiries, counter sales, and providing accurate product advice to external trade customers.
  • Sourcing, picking, and allocating parts efficiently for workshop technicians to support smooth job completions.
  • Managing inventory levels, processing incoming deliveries, and maintaining clean, accurate stock cataloguing records.
  • Working closely with both the internal workshop team and external trade clients to ensure prompt and accurate order fulfillment.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in an automotive parts department, dealership counter, or motor factor environment.
  • Strong communication skills and solid IT/cataloguing software literacy.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

Commutable Locations: This role is based in Maidstone, making it an easy commute from Aylesford, Rochester, Tonbridge, and Sittingbourne.
