Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £31,000 basic per annum + performance bonus (£36,000 OTE)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, standard workshop hours (plus 1 in 3 Saturdays)

Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Parts Advisor / Automotive Specialist to join our busy Maidstone workshop team. In this role, you will act as the key link between our service department, technicians, and customers—ensuring the right components are ordered, catalogued, and supplied efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, Parts Specialist, or Automotive Counter Sales Representative within a dealership or motor factor.
- Strong familiarity with electronic parts catalogues (EPC) and inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills for telephone and face-to-face enquiries.
- Full UK driving licence & eligibility to work in the UK.
