What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out routine servicing, manufacturer maintenance, and thorough safety inspections.
- Developing your fault-finding skills by utilizing dealer-level diagnostic tools under experienced guidance.
- Handling core mechanical repairs, including brakes, suspension, steering, clutches, and exhaust systems.
- Executing detailed MOT preparation and learning how to complete high-standard repairs on failed items.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and pristine workshop bay while advancing through manufacturer training modules.
Are You The One? (Requirements)
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on workshop experience as an Apprentice, Improver, or Junior Technician inside a garage, fast-fit, or main dealer.
- Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ / City & Guilds in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent time-served experience).
- Mindset: A hungry, ambitious technical professional who takes pride in clean workmanship and wants to master modern vehicle technology.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence.
