Pay & Benefits
- Basic Salary: £31,000 – £35,000 basic per annum (Tailored salary scale aligned directly to your current experience) + £1,000 guaranteed Christmas bonus
- Hours & Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM — STRICTLY ZERO WEEKENDS (Reclaim every single weekend off)

Role Overview
Seeking a Junior VAG Specialist Technician or Improver Mechanic with at least 6 months of hands-on garage experience to work alongside senior technicians and develop expert-level skills on modern German vehicles.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 6+ months of practical workshop experience carrying out basic servicing and mechanical repairs.
- Interest: Passion for German vehicles (VAG experience is a bonus, but strong basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn is key).
- Mindset: High commitment to quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and taking pride in customer vehicles.
- Essentials: Full UK driving licence & basic hand tools.
