Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £31,000 – £35,000 basic per annum + £1,000 guaranteed Christmas bonus
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Strictly NO WEEKENDS)
- Perks: 28 days holiday, company pension, free/discounted parts, and use of the workshop for personal car repairs during working hours
- Work Environment: Major heavy-lifting jobs are completed in two-man pairs; workshop bookings are carefully managed 6 weeks in advance to avoid burnout
- Workload: Servicing, brakes, fluid updates, timing belts, and basic diagnostic work on VW, Audi, SEAT, and Škoda models

Role Overview
Seeking a Junior VAG Specialist Technician with at least 6 months' workshop experience to work alongside senior technicians and develop expert-level skills on German vehicles.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of practical garage experience doing mechanical work.
- Interest in German cars (VAG experience is a bonus, but basic mechanical aptitude is key).
- High commitment to quality craftsmanship and taking care of customer vehicles.
- Full UK driving licence.
