- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 18:00
- Working Week: 45 hours (plus a 1-hour daily lunch break)
- Weekend Rota: 1 in 3 Saturdays only (08:00 – 13:00)

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for vehicle service, repair, and MOT bookings.
- Manage the customer journey seamlessly from initial check-in to vehicle handover.
- Translate technical workshop findings into clear, jargon-free advice for drivers.
- Drive department revenue by proactively recommending essential parts, accessories, and upsell services.
- Liaise daily with Technicians and Parts departments for accurate timing and cost updates.
What We Need From You
- Experience: Proven background in a fast-paced customer-facing role (Automotive Aftersales is highly preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a professional, welcoming phone and face-to-face manner.
- Target-Driven: A results-oriented mindset comfortable with meeting service upsell and performance targets.
- Organization: Strong administrative skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
