What is in it for you:
- Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per annum (Depending on Experience).
- Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (08:00 – 17:15) | Saturdays on a 1 in 3 rotation (08:00 – 12:30).

What you will be doing:
- Component Identification: Using Electronic Parts Catalogues (EPC) to precisely source and identify components for retail, trade, and internal workshop orders.
- Workshop Support: Working closely with our service technicians to ensure swift parts delivery, keeping workshop efficiency high and vehicle downtime low.
- Inventory Control: Monitoring stock levels, managing incoming manufacturer orders, overseeing core returns, and assisting with inventory optimization.
- Inbound Enquiries: Handling a high volume of phone and email queries, providing technical guidance, and identifying natural upselling opportunities for accessories.
Requirements
A proven track record working as a Parts Advisor within a franchised main dealer or motor factor environment is required. You must have solid experience using a DMS (Pinnacle, Kerridge, or equivalent) and possess high precision when managing part numbers and stock counts.
Commutable Locations: This role is based in Maidstone, making it an easy commute from Chatham, Tonbridge, Sittingbourne, and Sevenoaks.
