Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £29,000 – £30,000 basic per annum + realistic OTE £35,000+
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM with Saturdays on a rota

Role Overview
Seeking a customer-focused Motor Trade Service Advisor / Vehicle Customer Specialist to join our busy dealership team in Maidenhead. You will act as the key link between our customers and the workshop—delivering exceptional service, consulting on vehicle servicing and repairs, maintaining clear communication at every stage, and building genuine long-term rapport with our clients.
Requirements
- Customer Service Focus: Strong background in customer care with a passion for delivering high satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail.
- Experience: Previous dealership or motor trade service experience is advantageous, but not essential—we fully support applications from motivated individuals with a strong willingness to learn!
- Systems: Working knowledge of Kerridge / CDK or dealer management systems is beneficial, but full training will be provided.
- Licence: Full UK driving licence preferred.

- Base: Maidenhead, Berkshire (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Strategic position served by the A4, A404(M), and M4 (J8/9), offering fast and straightforward commutes across Berkshire and South Buckinghamshire.
- Public Transport: Excellent connections via Maidenhead Mainline Station (Elizabeth Line & Great Western Railway) alongside regular regional bus services.
- Commutable From: Maidenhead, Slough, Windsor, Bracknell, Reading, High Wycombe, Marlow, and Beaconsfield.
