What You'll Do
- Core Repairs: Brakes, suspension components, steering setups, clutches, and exhaust systems.
- Diagnostics & Upskilling: Work alongside senior technicians using diagnostic software to master complex electrical troubleshooting.
- Servicing & VHCs: Routine vehicle servicing, scheduled maintenance, multi-point safety inspections, and digital Vehicle Health Checks.
What We Need
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2/3 / City & Guilds / IMI (or equivalent time-served experience).
- Background: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a professional garage, independent workshop, or dealership setting.
- Licence: Full UK Driving Licence.
