Location: Letchworth (10 minutes from Letchworth; commutable from Stevenage, Baldock, Luton)

Salary: £35,000 – £42,000 per year (Dependent on experience)

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (08:00 – 17:00) + Only 1 Saturday Morning per Month

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conducting routine servicing and official MOT tests to strict DVSA standards
  • Diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical faults using modern dealer-level diagnostic software
  • Handling major mechanical overhauls, including engines, gearboxes, suspension overhauls, and specialist retrofits
  • Delivering clean, high-standard workmanship across a wide variety of vehicle makes and models

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional workshop experience
  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
  • Licence: Valid full UK Driving Licence
  • MOT License: Active DVSA MOT Tester Licence (highly valued)
